Flexible Business Models:

1. Franchise Owned, Company Operated (FOCO):
   

   This model works best for real estate owners, hospital administrators, doctors, or physiotherapists who want to invest in a reputable healthcare brand without directly managing operations. In this setup, you will set up the franchise as per Alexa Healthcare’s guidelines, while Alexa Healthcare takes full charge of running the daily operations. We handle everything—from hiring and staff training to financial management and service delivery. Additionally, we provide the required operating capital based on a mutually agreed budget. A fixed revenue-sharing model is established at the start of operations. Each month, Alexa Healthcare transfers the agreed amount to the franchisee. However, please note that fixed rent is not applicable in this model.

2. Franchise Owned, Franchise Operated (FOFO):
   

   If you’re a hands-on entrepreneur—whether a doctor, hospital owner, or property holder—this model gives you more control. Here, you will set up and manage the center while strictly following Alexa Healthcare’s protocols and clinical standards. You will take full responsibility for daily operations and revenue collection. To maintain brand consistency, Alexa Healthcare provides mandatory training at our corporate center and affiliated hospitals. Furthermore, a fixed monthly revenue share is paid to Alexa Healthcare as part of the agreement.
