In this setup, you will set up the franchise as per Alexa Healthcare’s guidelines, while Alexa Healthcare takes full charge of running the daily operations. We handle everything—from hiring and staff training to financial management and service delivery. Additionally, we provide the required operating capital based on a mutually agreed budget. A fixed revenue-sharing model is established at the start of operations. Each month, Alexa Healthcare transfers the agreed amount to the franchisee. However, please note that fixed rent is not applicable in this model.
